MY STORY
Who I Am
Since I began my professional journey I’ve been lucky to have found the right leaders and partners to work with, and I have had the opportunity to manage and inspire some pretty amazing employees. The one thing I have learned is that no matter what business you are in, for-profit or not, people are the most important element.
I have participated in the acquisition of 35 business entities over the years, in industries as diverse as IT support, career training, and farming. From small business to middle market firms, family owned to equity funded. I have extensive experience in training and development, sales management, and business planning. Within the middle market I have managed sales teams numbering hundreds, budgets of $100 million dollars, and been responsible for thousands of employees. I have also been a small business owner and entrepreneur, and have trained scores of small business owners in business management practices and tools.
